I was pleasantly surprised as to how little discomfort/pain I experienced after surgery

Having been involved in the ophthalmic industry for some time I had a good idea of what to expect, or so I thought, but I was pleasantly surprised as to how little discomfort/pain I experienced after surgery. I was expecting to feel more sore than I did!

I am now reading 6/5 and it’s amazing to read car number plates without corrections. I am finding sunlight very bright even on cloudy days but not having to clean glasses on a regular basis is a bonus. Colours and sharpness of definition (say of buildings & general surroundings) is spectacular.
